What you can do

Sender is one of FlowSync's most-used destinations. Use it to onboard new customers, segment by plan, or move contacts between lifecycle lists when something changes inside your WordPress site.

Groups

Add to Sender group
sender.group.add
Add the WordPress user to a Sender group, matched by email. Creates the subscriber if Sender doesn't have them yet, and updates the mapped fields if it does.
Remove from Sender group
sender.group.remove
Drop the group link only. The subscriber record and every other group they belong to are left alone, so this is safe for moving members between groups.

How to set it up

1

Generate an API key in Sender

Sign into your Sender account and create an API key with permission to manage contacts and lists. Copy the value — most providers only show it once.

2

Paste it into FlowSync

In your WordPress admin, go to FlowSync → Integrations → Sender → Connect. Paste the API key and click test. FlowSync verifies the credentials and pulls in your lists.

3

Add a Sender action to a workflow

In the workflow builder, click + Add step → Sender and pick an action. Map fields from your trigger event with the inline payload picker.

4

Run it, check the logs

Hit Run test to fire a sample payload. The run log shows the exact request body sent to Sender and the response, so you can debug in seconds.
