GoHighLevel is an all-in-one sales and marketing CRM. Connect a sub-account with a Private Integration Token, then add contacts to workflows and apply tags as people register, buy, or change membership on your WordPress site.

Add the contact to a GoHighLevel workflow, matched by email. The contact is created first if it doesn't exist in the sub-account.
Remove from GoHighLevel workflow
gohighlevel.workflow.remove
Remove the contact from a specific workflow. Non-destructive — the contact record stays in place.

Tags

Add GoHighLevel tag
gohighlevel.tags.add
Apply one or more tags to the contact, creating the contact first if needed. New tags are created automatically.
Remove GoHighLevel tag
gohighlevel.tags.remove
Remove one or more tags from the contact. The contact is not deleted.

How to set it up

Generate an API key in GoHighLevel

Sign into your GoHighLevel account and create an API key with permission to manage contacts and lists. Copy the value — most providers only show it once.

Paste it into FlowSync

In your WordPress admin, go to FlowSync → Integrations → GoHighLevel → Connect. Paste the API key and click test. FlowSync verifies the credentials and pulls in your lists.

Add a GoHighLevel action to a workflow

In the workflow builder, click + Add step → GoHighLevel and pick an action. Map fields from your trigger event with the inline payload picker.

Run it, check the logs

Hit Run test to fire a sample payload. The run log shows the exact request body sent to GoHighLevel and the response, so you can debug in seconds.
