What you can do

Drip is one of FlowSync's most-used destinations. Use it to onboard new customers, segment by plan, or move contacts between lifecycle lists when something changes inside your WordPress site.

Lists & segments

Add to Drip list
drip.list.add
Add the WordPress user to a Drip list, group, audience or segment — matched by email. Idempotent: safe to call on every run.
Remove from Drip list
drip.list.remove
Non-destructive removal from a specific list / group / segment. Doesn't delete the contact — ideal for moving members between segments on plan change.

How to set it up

1

Generate an API key in Drip

Sign into your Drip account and create an API key with permission to manage contacts and lists. Copy the value — most providers only show it once.

Open Drip API keys
2

Paste it into FlowSync

In your WordPress admin, go to FlowSync → Integrations → Drip → Connect. Paste the API key and click test. FlowSync verifies the credentials and pulls in your lists.

3

Add a Drip action to a workflow

In the workflow builder, click + Add step → Drip and pick an action. Map fields from your trigger event with the inline payload picker.

4

Run it, check the logs

Hit Run test to fire a sample payload. The run log shows the exact request body sent to Drip and the response, so you can debug in seconds.
