What you can do

Constant Contact is one of FlowSync's most-used destinations. Use it to onboard new customers, segment by plan, send transactional receipts, or run drip campaigns triggered by activity inside your WordPress site.

Lists & segments

Add to Constant Contact list
constant-contact.list.add
Add the WordPress user to a Constant Contact list, group, audience or segment — matched by email. Idempotent: safe to call on every run.
Remove from Constant Contact list
constant-contact.list.remove
Non-destructive removal from a specific list / group / segment. Doesn't delete the contact — ideal for moving members between segments on plan change.

Tags

Add Constant Contact tag
constant-contact.tags.add
Apply one or more tags to the contact, creating the contact first if it doesn't exist yet. New tags are created automatically.
Remove Constant Contact tag
constant-contact.tags.remove
Remove one or more tags from the contact. The contact is not deleted or unsubscribed.

How to set it up

1

Generate an API key in Constant Contact

Sign into your Constant Contact account and create an API key with permission to manage contacts and lists. Copy the value — most providers only show it once.

2

Paste it into FlowSync

In your WordPress admin, go to FlowSync → Integrations → Constant Contact → Connect. Paste the API key and click test. FlowSync verifies the credentials and pulls in your lists.

3

Add a Constant Contact action to a workflow

In the workflow builder, click + Add step → Constant Contact and pick an action. Map fields from your trigger event with the inline payload picker.

4

Run it, check the logs

Hit Run test to fire a sample payload. The run log shows the exact request body sent to Constant Contact and the response, so you can debug in seconds.
