What you can do

FluentCRM is one of FlowSync's most-used destinations. Use it to onboard new customers, segment by plan, send transactional receipts, or run drip campaigns triggered by activity inside your WordPress site.

Lists & segments

Add to FluentCRM list
fluentcrm.list.add
Add the WordPress user to a FluentCRM list, group, audience or segment — matched by email. Idempotent: safe to call on every run.
Remove from FluentCRM list
fluentcrm.list.remove
Non-destructive removal from a specific list / group / segment. Doesn't delete the contact — ideal for moving members between segments on plan change.

Tags

Add FluentCRM tag
fluentcrm.tags.add
Apply one or more tags to the contact, creating the contact first if it doesn't exist yet. New tags are created automatically.
Remove FluentCRM tag
fluentcrm.tags.remove
Remove one or more tags from the contact. The contact is not deleted or unsubscribed.

How to set it up

1

Generate an API key in FluentCRM

Sign into your FluentCRM account and create an API key with permission to manage contacts and lists. Copy the value — most providers only show it once.

2

Paste it into FlowSync

In your WordPress admin, go to FlowSync → Integrations → FluentCRM → Connect. Paste the API key and click test. FlowSync verifies the credentials and pulls in your lists.

3

Add a FluentCRM action to a workflow

In the workflow builder, click + Add step → FluentCRM and pick an action. Map fields from your trigger event with the inline payload picker.

4

Run it, check the logs

Hit Run test to fire a sample payload. The run log shows the exact request body sent to FluentCRM and the response, so you can debug in seconds.
