What you can do

Brevo is FlowSync's most-used email destination. Use it to onboard new customers, segment by plan, send transactional receipts, or run drip campaigns triggered by activity inside your WordPress site.

Lists & segments

Add to Brevo list
brevo.list.add
Add the WordPress user to a Brevo list, group, audience or segment — matched by email. Idempotent: safe to call on every run.
Remove from Brevo list
brevo.list.remove
Non-destructive removal from a specific list / group / segment. Doesn't delete the contact — ideal for moving members between segments on plan change.

How to set it up

1

Generate a Brevo API key

In Brevo, open Account → SMTP & API → API keys and create a v3 key with Contacts, Lists and Email scopes. Copy the value — Brevo only shows it once.

2

Paste it into FlowSync

In your WordPress admin, go to FlowSync → Integrations → Brevo → Connect. Paste the API key and click test. FlowSync verifies the credentials and pulls in your lists.

3

Add a Brevo action to a workflow

In the workflow builder, click + Add step → Brevo and pick an action. Map fields from your trigger event with the inline payload picker.

4

Run it, check the logs

Hit Run test to fire a sample payload. The run log shows the exact request body sent to Brevo and the response, so you can debug in seconds.
