4. Plugin Functionality and Limitations
What FlowSync Does
FlowSync is a workflow automation plugin for WordPress. It connects triggers (events in WordPress or third-party plugins), conditions (logic rules), and actions (email, CRM sync, role changes) within your WordPress installation.
What We Do Not Guarantee
- Third-party plugin compatibility: While we support major plugins (MemberPress, WooCommerce, etc.), we cannot guarantee compatibility with every WordPress plugin or theme. We publish a compatibility list and test against current versions.
- Third-party API availability: Actions dependent on external services (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) require those services to be operational. We are not responsible for downtime or changes in third-party APIs.
- Server environment: FlowSync requires a standard WordPress hosting environment (PHP 7.4+, MySQL 5.7+). We do not guarantee functionality on severely restricted or outdated hosting.
- Data loss: You are responsible for backing up your WordPress site, including FlowSync workflows, before making changes. We are not liable for data loss resulting from plugin use.
Updates and Maintenance
- We provide updates to maintain compatibility with current WordPress and supported plugin versions
- We may deprecate support for outdated WordPress or PHP versions with 90 days notice
- Critical security updates are provided regardless of license status for 30 days after expiration
5. Support
What Support Includes
- Answering questions about plugin functionality
- Troubleshooting workflow configuration
- Bug reports and feature requests
- Documentation guidance
What Support Does Not Include
- Custom workflow development or consulting

By Us
We may suspend or terminate your license if you:
