HubSpot Edit the page in Divi, open the Email Optin module, and go to Content → Email Account.
Pick FlowSync from the Service Provider list, click Add, and give the account a name. Name it after the form, like “Ebook Optin”. That name becomes the form_id you filter on later, so use one account per optin form.
First name, last name, and email are collected automatically. Add a Custom Field child module for phone, company, address, and the rest. Divi lists the fields FlowSync offers; the flowsync_divi_optin_custom_fields filter adds your own.
Create a workflow with the Divi Email Optin source and the Form submitted trigger. Filter on form_id to target one optin form, then map the fields onto any CRM.
Install FlowSync free, pick a trigger, and send events anywhere you need them.
