Lists & segments

Add to Sendy list
sendy.list.add
Add the WordPress user to a Sendy list, group, audience or segment — matched by email. Idempotent: safe to call on every run.
Remove from Sendy list
sendy.list.remove
Non-destructive removal from a specific list / group / segment. Doesn't delete the contact — ideal for moving members between segments on plan change.

1

Grab your Sendy API key

In your Sendy installation, open Settings and copy the API key. Note your installation URL and the Brand ID you want to sync into.

Connect FlowSync to your instance

Go to FlowSync → Integrations → Sendy. Enter your installation URL, API key, and Brand ID, then save and test the connection. FlowSync pulls in your lists automatically.

3

Add a Sendy action to a workflow

In the workflow builder, click + Add step → Sendy, pick a list, and map fields from your trigger event with the inline payload picker.
