What you can do

Omnisend is one of FlowSync's most-used destinations. Use it to onboard new customers, segment by plan, or move contacts between lifecycle lists when something changes inside your WordPress site.

Contacts & tags

Add or update contact
omnisend.contact.add
Create or update the contact by email with every mapped field, and optionally tag it in the same step. Address, birthdate, gender and any unmapped field become Omnisend custom properties, which need no setup on their side first.
Remove tag
omnisend.tags.remove
Strip one or more tags from the contact. The record and its other tags are untouched, so this is safe for moving people between lifecycle stages.

How to set it up

Generate an API key in Omnisend

Sign into your Omnisend account and create an API key with permission to manage contacts and lists. Copy the value — most providers only show it once.

Paste it into FlowSync

In your WordPress admin, go to FlowSync → Integrations → Omnisend → Connect. Paste the API key and click test. FlowSync verifies the credentials and pulls in your lists.

Add a Omnisend action to a workflow

In the workflow builder, click + Add step → Omnisend and pick an action. Map fields from your trigger event with the inline payload picker.

Run it, check the logs

Hit Run test to fire a sample payload. The run log shows the exact request body sent to Omnisend and the response, so you can debug in seconds.
