listmonk is a self-hosted, open-source newsletter and mailing-list manager. Connect your own instance with an API user and token, then add or remove subscribers from your lists as people register, buy, or change membership on your WordPress site. Mapped fields beyond email and name are stored as listmonk subscriber attributes.

listmonk In listmonk, open Admin → Settings → Users and add an API user. listmonk shows the token once — copy both the username and the token.
Go to FlowSync → Integrations → listmonk. Enter your installation URL, the API user, and the token, then save and test the connection. FlowSync pulls in your lists automatically.
In the workflow builder, click + Add step → listmonk, pick a list, and map fields from your trigger event with the inline payload picker. Mapped fields beyond email and name become subscriber attributes.
Hit Run test to fire a sample payload. The run log shows the request sent to listmonk and the response, so you can confirm the subscriber landed on the right list.
Install FlowSync free, paste your API key, and pick a recipe to get started.
