What you can do

EmailOctopus is one of FlowSync's most-used destinations. Use it to onboard new customers, segment by plan, or move contacts between lifecycle lists when something changes inside your WordPress site.

Lists & segments

Add to EmailOctopus list
emailoctopus.list.add
Add the WordPress user to a EmailOctopus list, group, audience or segment — matched by email. Idempotent: safe to call on every run.
Remove from EmailOctopus list
emailoctopus.list.remove
Non-destructive removal from a specific list / group / segment. Doesn't delete the contact — ideal for moving members between segments on plan change.

Tags

Add EmailOctopus tag
emailoctopus.tags.add
Apply one or more tags to the contact, creating the contact first if it doesn't exist yet. New tags are created automatically.
Remove EmailOctopus tag
emailoctopus.tags.remove
Remove one or more tags from the contact. The contact is not deleted or unsubscribed.
