Tags

Add Zoho CRM tag

Apply one or more tags to the matched record, creating the record first if it doesn't exist yet.
Remove Zoho CRM tag
zoho-crm.tags.remove
Strip one or more tags from the matched Zoho CRM record — useful for moving a contact between lifecycle stages. The record is never deleted.

How to set it up

Generate an API key in Zoho CRM

Sign into your Zoho CRM account and create an API key with permission to manage contacts and lists. Copy the value — most providers only show it once.

Paste it into FlowSync

In your WordPress admin, go to FlowSync → Integrations → Zoho CRM → Connect. Paste the API key and click test. FlowSync verifies the credentials and pulls in your lists.

Add a Zoho CRM action to a workflow

In the workflow builder, click + Add step → Zoho CRM and pick an action. Map fields from your trigger event with the inline payload picker.

Run it, check the logs

Hit Run test to fire a sample payload. The run log shows the exact request body sent to Zoho CRM and the response, so you can debug in seconds.
