How to set it up

1

Generate an API key in Google Sheets

Sign into your Google Sheets account and create an API key with permission to manage contacts and lists. Copy the value — most providers only show it once.

2

Paste it into FlowSync

In your WordPress admin, go to FlowSync → Integrations → Google Sheets → Connect. Paste the API key and click test. FlowSync verifies the credentials and pulls in your lists.

3

Add a Google Sheets action to a workflow

In the workflow builder, click + Add step → Google Sheets and pick an action. Map fields from your trigger event with the inline payload picker.

4

Run it, check the logs

Hit Run test to fire a sample payload. The run log shows the exact request body sent to Google Sheets and the response, so you can debug in seconds.
