What you can do

MailPoet is one of FlowSync's most-used destinations. Use it to onboard new customers, segment by plan, send transactional receipts, or run drip campaigns triggered by activity inside your WordPress site.

Lists & segments

Add to MailPoet list
mailpoet.list.add
Add the WordPress user to a MailPoet list, group, audience or segment — matched by email. Idempotent: safe to call on every run.
Remove from MailPoet list
mailpoet.list.remove
Non-destructive removal from a specific list / group / segment. Doesn't delete the contact — ideal for moving members between segments on plan change.

How to set it up

1

Generate an API key in MailPoet

Sign into your MailPoet account and create an API key with permission to manage contacts and lists. Copy the value — most providers only show it once.

2

Paste it into FlowSync

In your WordPress admin, go to FlowSync → Integrations → MailPoet → Connect. Paste the API key and click test. FlowSync verifies the credentials and pulls in your lists.

3

Add a MailPoet action to a workflow

In the workflow builder, click + Add step → MailPoet and pick an action. Map fields from your trigger event with the inline payload picker.

4

Run it, check the logs

Hit Run test to fire a sample payload. The run log shows the exact request body sent to MailPoet and the response, so you can debug in seconds.

Connect MailPoetin minutes.

Install FlowSync free, paste your API key, and pick a recipe to get started.
