What "all features included" actually means

Every paid plan unlocks the full FlowSync Pro feature set. You are not paying more for access to Brevo or for omnichannel sync — those come with every tier. The only difference between Starter, Professional, and Agency is how many WordPress sites you can activate the license on.

This means a single-site owner gets the exact same automation capabilities as an agency running 25 client sites. No feature gates by tier.

What happens when your license expires

Your workflows keep running. FlowSync Pro continues to work on every site you have activated it on — automations do not stop, syncs do not break.

Frequently asked

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Upgrading from Starter to Professional or Agency credits the unused portion of your current license against the new one. Email support and we will handle it.

What counts as a "site"?

One WordPress installation. A staging or local development copy of a production site does not count against your activation limit — activate freely on staging environments.

Do you offer refunds?

14-day refund, no questions asked. If FlowSync does not fit your setup, email support within 14 days of purchase.

Can I move my license between sites?

Yes. Deactivate FlowSync on the old site through the plugin settings panel, and the activation slot frees up immediately.

Is there a lifetime plan?

Not currently. We do not think lifetime pricing is honest — supporting a plugin against the moving target of WordPress, PHP versions, and integration API changes is ongoing work. Annual licensing keeps the maintenance funded.

Do you support multisite?

Not yet. Each subsite in a multisite network would count as one activation, and the plugin data is stored per-site, not network-wide. Multisite support is not on the near-term roadmap.
